Microdata supporting LTE 800 with filter solutions
In Europe operators are planning for the roll-out of network equipment that supports the new LTE 800 band. Due to its attractive propagation capabilities, the 800 MHz spectrum is ideal to provide rapid and cost efficient mobile broadband services.
New multiband antennas that support 800 as well as 900, 1800, 2100 & 2600 MHz bands are currently available and with them there is an increasing need for new filter products that enable site & equipment sharing.
Microdata has a number of filter solutions that combines existing bands with the new LTE 800 band which enables the operators to add support for the new frequencies in a very cost efficient way by re-using existing site equipment.
